We operate as an OEM/ODM manufacturer selling to business customers, not directly to end-consumers. All products and services are provided for industrial or commercial purposes.

• Quotations are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn.
• Orders are not binding until accepted by us in writing.
• Prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping.
• We reserve the right to modify products and specifications without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising out of any contract or use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products or services.
